During high-volume periods, drops, or restocks, processing times may extend to 3–7 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and carrier rates.

Estimated delivery times:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

International

  • 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Any additional fees imposed by their country

Merciless Business is not responsible for customs delays.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages

  • Reshipping fees may apply

Orders cannot be modified once shipped.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Merciless Business is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Contact the carrier directly

  3. Contact us for assistance

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.

SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance

  • High-volume drop periods

REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us:

  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded

  • Return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund
