RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Merciless Business, we stand behind our products. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — within reason.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unworn

Item must be unwashed

Item must be in original condition

All original tags must be attached
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, washing, odor, or misuse.
To start a return, email:

Clear photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
EXCHANGES
We replace items only if:

You received the wrong item

The item is defective
If you need a different size, please place a new order and return the original item (if eligible).
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing (depending on your bank)
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of the issue
We will send a replacement if available. If not, we will issue a refund.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Merciless Business is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
If your package is lost in transit, contact the shipping carrier first. We will assist when possible.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to fast processing times.
